Our consultation call will give us space to talk through what brings you to therapy at this time, what you are looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

I offer in-person psychotherapy in Chelsea, Manhattan on Mondays and Wednesdays and in Montclair, New Jersey on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Virtual sessions are also available on a limited basis.

Current openings are primarily for in-person appointments in New York City. Please reach out to inquire about current availability.
