FAQs
Where do you practice?
I provide virtual psychotherapy for clients located in New York and New Jersey.
What concerns do you treat?
I work primarily with adults navigating the lasting impact of trauma, painful relationship patterns, anxiety, depression, relational instability, and struggles rooted in early attachment experiences. In therapy, we attend to what is happening in your life now while also making sense of the earlier experiences and relationship patterns that may still be shaping the present.
I also work with adults navigating the impact of narcissistic family dynamics, emotionally immature parenting, and early relationships where care, safety, or emotional attunement felt inconsistent.
What are your fees?
My fee is $325 for a standard 45-minute individual psychotherapy session. Extended 60-minute EMDR sessions may be available when clinically appropriate and are billed at $425.
I maintain a limited number of resource-based sliding scale openings, with fees beginning at $250 depending on financial circumstances and availability. We can discuss session length, fee structure, and sliding scale options during the consultation process.
I am not in network with insurance providers. I can provide documentation for clients who would like to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement directly from your insurance company. I recommend contacting your insurer before beginning treatment so you can clarify your specific coverage, deductible, and reimbursement rate.
